We were so nervous confused and honestly terrified. But after our very first meeting with Toni all of that fear and anxiety went away. Toni sat us down gave us all of the information we needed to know as first time home buyers set us up with a lender so we could get pre-approved and immediately started showing us listings. Toni was with us every step of the way! Through traveling 40+ minutes to show a listing I thought I would love and ended up actually hating (happened multiple times) to falling in love with a listing only to find out it went under contract that same day and eventually finding the home that was absolutely perfect for us. Toni was there for all of it. I think the biggest thing about Toni that made us love her so much wasn?t the fact that she was knowledgeable or helpful but she cared so much about us! She would go out of her way to text us just to check in to see how we were doing she took the time to get to know us and even after we closed she still keeps in contact with us.
